Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop solutions and conduct feasibility analysis for non-standard automated projects based on project requirements;
2. Design 3D mechanical models, assemblies, process drawings, and assembly drawings for non-standard equipment;
3. Responsible for component and equipment selection and design, creating purchase lists and BOMs;
4. Provide technical support for pre- and post-delivery installation and commissioning, collaborating with electrical engineers to complete overall debugging;
5. Prepare equipment operation manuals, acceptance standards, and related work instructions;
6. Preference given to candidates with experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in designing and managing overall solutions for non-standard automated equipment and production lines;
2. Familiar with CAD, SOLIDWORKS, Pro/E, or UG drawing software, able to independently use software for automated equipment design, with good drafting skills, standardized annotations, and reasonable tolerance selection;
3. Familiar with common mechanical transmission mechanisms, common machining processes, surface treatment, and heat treatment methods;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills; project management experience preferred.
